My Goal | I hope to fly 60 different TYPE airplanes during the year after my 60th birthday to highlight a 37 year career in aviation and celebrate my birthday. Much thanks to Matt Anker for the chance to fly his pristine Cherokee 140. I ran into him at Yingling FBO at Wichita Kansas. He was kind enogh to allow me to fly a takeoff and landing in his airplane to help meet my goal of flying 60 different types of airplanes this year. It was a cold, overcast day, but otherwise nice and made brighter by Matt's kindness.
